Certified Veterinary Technician
Mariah knew from a very young age that she wanted to work with animals. It began with a love for animals that evolved into wanting to learn how to provide quality care to them and provide knowledge to their owners. She earned her associate degree in veterinary technology in December of 2013 after executing an internship with KVC. She was hired as a veterinary assistant until she went on to pass her National Veterinary Technician exam in April of 2014 to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. Mariah has worked in emergency medicine as well as general practice and has a special love for nutrition and behavior. Mariah and her husband, Mike, share their life with their son and daughter and furry family members. Mariah loves learning everything veterinary medicine, watching movies of humor and horror, a variety of music, and enjoys finding new hobbies.
