Important Update: Limited Appointments Available

Dear valued KVC family and friends,

To respect the health and safety of our team, we have decided to reduce staff and limit schedule availability for a short time.

If your pet needs routine care, we ask that you schedule your appointment after October 8th, as our reduced staff limits the capacity we can take in. If your pet needs urgent attention, please call ahead so that we may triage the situation and schedule accordingly. We will do everything we can to help you and your pet. If we are unable to see your pet in an emergency, we will provide a recommendation to another clinic we trust. Your pet’s health is always our priority. We are still open for prescription pickups.

If you already have an appointment scheduled, we may be reaching out to either make adjustments or confirm your appointment. If you have not heard from us yet, please be patient as we are working through all of our clients. Please be aware, our reduced staff also means a reduced number of veterinarians in the clinic. Please allow 12-24 hours for our team to respond with follow-ups and inquiries.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you and your pet. We hope to return to normal scheduling on October 9th.
